Southeastern Ohio Golf Coaches Association Newsletter

The annual Southeast District Golf Coach Association Meeting will be held on October 20th, 2024 at the Vinton County High School beginning at 12:30pm. The girls' coaches will meet first, and the general meeting will follow, and then the boys' coaches will meet after the general meeting. Yes, it can be a long day, but it is only once a year and it is important to maintain transparency and communication for the entire district as it gets harder and harder to have a voice in this expansive state. Also, in order to help save time, Coach Hale will begin collecting nominations for all-district honors at the end of the regular season so that we have a starting list for consideration. Please remember, just because you are proactive and send your nominations into Coach Hale, does not guarantee any recognition. You must make sure that your kid is nominated, and/or on the honorable mention list before you leave that day. Also, be sure to include the proper spelling. Thank you.  Remember, ...
